Two Weeks Today...

... and excitement is mounting as we are nearing the final preparation stages for our jouney to a far and foreign land. The group had a planning meeting yesterday in which valuable research information was exchanged. I will let the students elaborate on their findings.

This is an exceptional group of young people who Chef & I have the pleasure of travelling with.
I know we will learn as much as they will!
