Final good-byes

Today was a sad day indeed. Chef Roongfa gave us all certificate of completion of her Thai cooking course and a letter explaining that we've completed it. On top of that, she gave us all her vegetable and fruit carving DVD so we can all learn with her when we get home.

Everyone here have been very nice to us. I'd like to thank Pusadee, our hotel manager for everything she has done for us. If it wasn't for her, our trip here wouldn't have been as much fun. Also, thank you to all the SITCA staff.. It was amazing getting to know each and everyone of you and it was great how we could all go out on the last day and actually crack some jokes and have a great laugh.

All I can really say is.. THANK YOU!

Good-bye Koh Samui, Chef Roongfa, Chef Ink, and Pusadee. It was nice meeting you all!
