The highlight of today was learning how to carve a watermelon! Unfortunately I only got to catch the end of the lesson, because my roommate wasn't feeling well and I didn't want to leave her alone in the hotel room so I stayed with her. Luckily we made it in time to see the finished product AND I was able to carve a part of it as well. Tomorrow we will be learning to make butterflies and roses, And since its my turn to be part of afternoon lesson I'll be able to see the whole process. Can't wait!!!

Day 3 at SITCA: unexpected day
The highlight of today was learning how to carve a watermelon!
