Before we learn how to become Thai chefs, we decided to go on a safari, with Mr. Ung's tours and all I can say is WOW! The tour was amazing, but what made it even better was our driver, Tee. Tee made our tour much more enjoyable, he made sure to provide us with a lot of information and be there for us when we had any questions.
The thing I liked the most about Tee was his sense of humour. As a part of the tour we were allowed to sit on top of the jeep, so we all took turns doing so. When it was time for Duncan, Sylvia and I to ride on top of the jeep, Tee become a little bit devious as he sped, drove on bumpy roads just to give us a scare and have a laugh himself. Even though Sylvia and I screamed to the point of having sore throats, I can say that I appreciate Tee for making our adventure that much more fun! Before you all get worried, stop, because we all are safe and sound after our rides on the jeep! If anything we gained something from this experience and that's a memory that all of us will hold forever thanks to Tee. Tee provided us all with an unforgettable experience and I can not stress enough how nice and sincere this man was.
Today was a good experience, but I can not wait to get into the culinary school and start cooking!
Cheers,
Gurleen
