SITCA Day 1

First day of cooking class at SITCA. I made red curry paste, red curry with chicken and potatoes, spicy prawn soup(used chicken instead of prawns, because I'm allergic to seafood) and fried flat noodle with pork.


During dinner time I ate massaman curry with chicken and potatoes, deep fried spring rolls and spicy prawn salad with lemon grass(had chicken instead of prawns). I ate lots of spring rolls :)
