The last dinner at SITCA

It's sad for me to say that our last class at SITCA is over...but we certainly enjoyed making it, and had a fun final night in Koh Samui last night.


 One of them was the Steamed Fish in Plum Sauce, and Chef Roongfa herself made this dish. It was a beautiful fish, steamed to just the right texture, and was served alongside a delicious plum sauce.

I will certainly miss Chef Roongfa, since she is a kind, patient, and skilled teacher. Chef Roongfa, Khorp Khun Ka! I would definitely want to come back to SITCA for her lessons someday.

But now, we wait at the airport for our flight to Bangkok. Can't wait to see what's in store for our group there!
