The end?

Our five days at SITCA have come to an end, and it is quite bitter sweet.  I am really sad to be leaving an amazing place where every one is so kind, sincere and genuine. Chef Roongfa will always remain a big part of my memory in regards to this trip. She is such an inspiration. Chef Roongfa isn't only an amazing cook, but also an amazing woman. She has taught me many things, related to culinary arts as well as things that'll help me succeed in life.


Not only will I miss all the wonderful staff, but I'll also miss the actual classes. I can say that up until attending SITCA, I've never had so much fun learning (no offence to all my teachers reading this!). The classes were always full of so much positive energy and delicious varieties of food!

I am excited that the classes have come to an end, because it now means I can use what I learned in the classes, in my kitchen. I will now be able to leave Koh Samui with the ability to cook Thai food for  everyone. I'll be able to spread the deliciousness of the fantastic Thai dishes in Canada!
