Our morning instructor "Ink" was friendly, knowledgable and easy to learn from.
We learned all about the ingredients used in Thai cooking and tips on when and how to use them!
Preparation is the key.... as most of the time was spent on the prep...
Yum, yum... for lunch we enjoyed: Red curry with Chicken & Potatoes, Tom Yum (Koong) Soup and Savory Fried Flat Noodle with Pork : )
Then back to our rooms for a nap before our 4:00pm dinner class! More later.......
