Day 3: Sitca cooking classes start

Today was the first day of cooking classes! To be honest I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and I learned a lot about various types of peppers. Did you know that when the pepper is large its the green one that's spicy and when they are small it's the other way around with the red one being spicy?

When it wasn't my turn to cook I went to watch the afternoon class and saw the instructor, Roougfa, teaching my friends how to carve tomatoes. It's amazing what we can do with a tomato and cucumber. I'm really looking forward to my remaining cooking classes!
