The dinnertime cooking classes at SITCA last night was great! We had to change one of the dishes since we've done it before, but it was still good! We made Fried Red Pepper Curry with Chicken instead of Green Curry, and also Coconut Milk Soup with Chicken, and Stir-Fried Noodles with Prawns (Phad Thai!) it was a great dinner.
It was so good we had to dig in! Can't wait for the next class!
