Chef Roongfa and Chef Ink have given all of us gifts, and that is the gift for more knowledge, and there is not enough thank yous in my part for them. I am so very grateful to be able to get to know them and learn from them because they are one of the most amazing people I know. Chef Roongfa may not be a huge person but she has a huge knowledge, I was really surprised how much she had taught us in such little days. Both Chef Roongfa and her staff were all so bubbly and fun to be around with, which makes the learning place lively. Without her staff who were really fast workers, I don't think it would be possible to have a great cooking experience. All of the SITCA staff were really helpful, and I want to thank all of them. I have had an enjoyable 5 days in Koh Samui. It may start with a really long flight, but all the travelling was really worth it. Now, I am able to bring home all the things I have learnt and actually apply it. I think the relationship that we have built with the SITCA staff is precious, and I really hope to keep in touch with them.
I look forward to get to Bangkok and buy more things, although I am sad to leave this paradise in Koh Samui. I also can't wait to get back home as I do actually miss my TV and couch.
Chef Roongfa, Chef Ink, SITCA staff, and Pusadee, if you are reading this, Korp Khun Ka from the bottom of my heart! No goodbyes as I will visit again sometime in the near future!
