An intro...

I'm kind of new at this whole blogging experience... who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks!

For those of you who are reading this as an interested party, 9 Windermere culinary students and their teacher & chef are embarking on a 10-day Culinary experience to Thailand this Spring Break!

Seven of those days will be spent in Koh Samui attending SITCA for Intensive Thai Culinary Training:

Thai cooking school 

and for the remainder of the trip we will be touring and tasting Bangkok!

Each student has been given the responsibility of researching and planning a different aspect of the trip so that everyone's trip needs are met.

Aside from attending culinary classes, the students will be journaling their thoughts and experiences via this blog: "wrecooks.blogspot.com"
Seeing how computer savvy this generation of students are, this should be a breeze for them! We welcome your thoughts and comments on our blog.
